Your tasks

During your cooperative education program, you will acquire solid engineering and business management knowledge at the university. You will complement this with valuable practical experience at our company: you will actively participate in technical and commercial projects, support the analysis and optimization of processes, and gain insights into areas such as production, purchasing, controlling, as well as sales and marketing.

In addition to topics such as design and manufacturing engineering, you will also explore cost and investment management as well as HR‑related subjects. Step by step, you will take on your own tasks and sub‑projects, analyze key performance indicators, and contribute to the preparation of reports.

This way, you will develop a holistic understanding of technical products and their economic context – from concept development and manufacturing all the way to sales. Working in interdisciplinary teams, you will contribute to exciting projects in Germany and abroad, learning how to analyze and solve technical challenges from a business‑oriented perspective.
