In front of representatives from the management, the training department and the works council, Managing Director Martin Kaufmann congratulated the graduates on their success. He particularly praised their dedication, perseverance and willingness to take on responsibility. At the same time, he made it clear that completing their training had laid an important foundation upon which their further professional development could now be built. Continuous professional development and personal commitment, he said, were decisive factors for long-term success.
Training manager Marc Blank emphasised the high quality of training at RÖHM. By being deployed early on in various areas of the company, the trainees gained comprehensive insights into operational processes and were able to gain practical experience even during their apprenticeship. Complemented by the in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge imparted at the training centre, this ensures a training programme that goes far beyond regional standards.
The graduates’ excellent exam results once again confirmed the company’s high standards of training.
The graduation ceremony marks the end of an important chapter in the young professionals’ lives – and the start of a new career path at RÖHM. The company looks forward to assigning these new recruits to roles of responsibility and shaping the future together.
