Parallel grippers in a long-stroke design
for gripping round or angular workpieces with two jaws in a harsh environment or with high geometric diversity
The 2-jaw long stroke gripper allows for large jaw strokes, thanks to its design, and is therefore optimally suited for handling large parts and high part diversity. Due to the sealed guide, it is often used in harsh environments. The centric clamping is realized via the synchronization of the two toothed racks with a gear wheel.
1: Gripper body made of high-strength, hard-coated aluminum
2: Position sensing possible by means of inductive and magnetic sensors
3: Sealed with high-precision intermediate jaws and quad-ring seals
4: Centric clamping is realized via the synchronization of the two toothed racks with a gear wheel.
5: Robust double-piston guide in a compact housing
